Allāhumma innī a‘ūdhu bika min an ushrika bika shay’an wa ana a‘lamu bih, wa astaghfiruka limā lā a‘lamu bih, tubtu ‘anhu wa tabarra’tu minal-kufri wash-shirki wal-kidhbi wal-ghībati wal-bid‘ati wan-namīmati wal-fawāḥishi wal-buhtāni wal-ma‘āṣī kullihā, wa aslamtu wa aqūlu: Lā ilāha illallāhu Muḥammadur Rasūlullāh.

“O Allah! Truly I seek refuge in You from that I should ascribe any partner to You while I know it, and I seek Your forgiveness for that which I do not know. I repent from it and I distance myself from disbelief, polytheism, falsehood, backbiting, heresy, talebearing, indecency, slander, and all acts of disobedience. I have submitted to Your will and I profess: There is no deity except Allah, Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is the Messenger of Allah.”

مستند اردو ترجمہ”اے اللہ! میں تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں اس بات سے کہ میں کسی چیز کو تیرا شریک ٹھہراؤں جبکہ میں اسے جانتا ہوں، اور تجھ سے معافی مانگتا ہوں اس کی جس کو میں نہیں جانتا، میں نے اس سے توبہ کی اور بیزار ہوا کفر سے، شرک سے، جھوٹ سے، غیبت سے، بدعت سے، چغلی سے، بے حیائی کے کاموں سے، بہتان سے اور تمام گناہوں سے، اور میں اسلام لایا اور کہتا ہوں: اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، محمد (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اللہ کے رسول ہیں۔“
