4. Class Rescheduling & Missed Sessions
We recognize that family commitments, school exams, or unexpected emergencies occur:
- Notice Provided (4+ Hours): Any class cancelled with at least 4 hours advance notice will be credited and rescheduled at a mutually convenient time. No fees are forfeited.
- Tutor Absences: If an instructor misses a class due to illness or technical emergency, a 100% make-up class is guaranteed, or an equivalent fee credit will be applied to your next monthly invoice.
- Unnotified Absence: If a student misses a session without prior notification, the session cannot be refunded or rescheduled, as the tutor remained dedicated to the student during that reserved slot.
5. Pausing Your Subscription (Vacation / Exams)
If your family is travelling, observing Ramadan, or preparing for academic examinations, you do not need to cancel your subscription:
- You may pause your subscription for up to 60 days by notifying your academic coordinator 3 business days in advance.
- Your preferred time slot and assigned tutor will be reserved upon your scheduled return date, and any unused tuition fees will carry over directly.
6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Requesting a refund or cancelling your upcoming monthly subscription is straightforward and transparent:

7. Refund Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment method used during enrollment:
