Welcome to The Quran Class. Please read our guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth spiritual journey.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services at thequranclass.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our academy provides dedicated 1-on-1 online sessions for Quran with Tajweed, Noorani Qaida, and various Islamic courses led by certified and experienced tutors.

Enrollment & Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial period for new students to evaluate our teaching methodology and interact with the tutors. To continue the spiritual journey and learn the way of Islam after the trial, students must select a suitable pricing plan and complete the formal registration process.

Fee Payment Policy

  • Fees must be paid in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
  • We process secure payments through globally recognized platforms including Stripe and PayPal.
  • Failure to settle the fees on time may result in the temporary suspension of classes until the payment is cleared.

Attendance & Rescheduling

Punctuality is vital for effective learning in our 1-on-1 sessions.

  • If a student needs to cancel or reschedule a class, at least 24 hours' notice is required.
  • Classes missed without prior notice or valid justification may not be compensated, and refunds will not be issued for such sessions.

Teacher Assignment & Curriculum

The Quran Class reserves the right to substitute or change tutors (including providing female teachers for sisters and children) to maintain our high educational standards.

Note: All our tutors strictly follow the authentic curriculum rooted in the teachings of Dr. Farhat Hashmi (Al-Huda International).

Code of Conduct

Both students and teachers are expected to maintain a respectful, Islamic, and professional environment during classes. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or breach of discipline will lead to immediate termination of service without any refund.

Limitation of Liability

While we provide educational services to help you understand the meaning of Alhamdulillah and master recitation, we do not guarantee specific timelines for individual results (such as the completion time for a Hifz course), as progress depends on the student’s personal effort and capability.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
